Mermaid with Enameled Metal Necklace

When I enameled these layers of color, circles and bubbles, it reminded me of the creation of the world. Drawings of mermaids were found on cave walls from the stone age in modern-day Egypt, believed to be from about 30,000 years ago. I just had to give this mermaid a world to protect.  Worn with an 8-inch netted crystal chain.
