Mogul Hat

Mogul Hats are just plain fun to see and to wear.  Made of stretchy soft fabric of many colors, the mogul hat is about 9 inches across is sort of a stocking hat but not exactly.  It has humps and tassles and more.  Really warm and perfect for playing in the snow on a cold wintry night with a cup of hot chocolate close by.
