As with the tunic and jacket we started with a cozy, black polar fleece body and fluffy, brown collar and cuffs. The black and beige lace print fabric that trims out the front and hem give shape and stability to the coat while also giving it extra style points. Two large pockets on either side are made of different fabrics – animal prints, faux fur, polar fleece, lace and trims, to create small works of art right on the coat. They are big enough to hold your phone, keys, wallet, and anything else you may need. Tufts of faux fur decorate the button loops that close around five different decorative wood buttons, each one made by a different artist which very different textures and styles, making this coat a statement against the weather and one about you!
